LAPLACE — Jewelry vendors, custom cookies, adult and children’s clothing and cosmetics are among a variety of great Christmas gift options offered by local vendors at the inaugural Riverlands Country Club Sip & Shop craft show.

Doors open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at 500 Fairway Drive in LaPlace, and general admission is free.

Coordinator Lindsey Vicknair said the event is held indoors and includes a spacewalk for the littlest shoppers.

Mimosas will be served from an open bar, and the golf course will be open for the duration of the event.
