Tyjuan McNutt, a 2018 East St. John High School graduate, recently finished Basic Combat Training at U.S. Army Training Center in Fort Sill, Okla. McNutt will study engineering and plans to work with radars in air traffic control. He is the son of Kiana McNutt of Reserve and Lester Gardner Jr. of Garyville.
