LaPlace Boil Water Advisory lifted

LAPLACE — The Boil Water Advisory for LaPlace water customers was lifted today (Aug. 30), parish officials announced.
Test results by the Louisiana Department of Health were negative for contaminants and the water is safe for consumption.
As a result, LaPlace water customers can resume normal water use.
“St. John the Baptist Parish appreciates all efforts made during the unforeseen emergency water line repairs and outage,” a Parish release stated.
