LAPLACE — The Ascension of Our Lord, Knights of Columbus, Council 9623, awarded the Gail Gaudet Award to Karen Schexnayder, who assisted in Hurricane Harvey relief.

KCs cooked for and handed out hot meals to the flood victims in Texas and Southwest Louisiana, totaling approximately 5,000 meals.
