D.A. Dinvaut elected to LDAA Board of Directors
RESERVE — The Louisiana District Attorneys Association has announced that District Attorney Bridget A. Dinvaut has been elected as a member of the LDAA Board of Directors.
Dinvaut is District Attorney of the 40th Judicial District of Louisiana in St. John the Baptist Parish.
Also elected were: President Charles J. Ballay, District Attorney (25th J.D.); First Vice President John F. Belton, District Attorney (3rd J.D.); and Second Vice President Robert L. Odinet, Assistant District Attorney (15th J.D.).
Including Dinvaut, there are 13 Board Members.
The Association is composed of district attorneys, assistant district attorneys and district attorney investigators in Louisiana.
It provides training and legal services for prosecutors across the State.
The Association also develops and promotes legislation to strengthen the criminal justice system. Its members are available for testimony before legislative committees.
