LAPLACE — The St. Charles Catholic Youth Football Camp for 7-12 year old boys will run from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. today through Friday under the direction of SCC head football coach Frank Monica.

Monica and his football staff will teach proper football fundamentals, weight training and conduct speed drills.

Special features include: Camp T-shirt; Hammer Award presented to camper each day; Comet ball games held daily with a Super Bowl Champion; and The Great Relay Race!

Monica sees to it that his athletes excel on the field and in the classroom as evidenced by the fact that the average ACT score of the 2011 Championship Football Team senior players was, in fact, above the state and national averages. The cost for football camp is $100 and registration will take place early from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. today.
