Janet Vicknair Perilloux

Janet Vicknair Perilloux, 79, passed away peacefully with family by her side at Ochsner Hospital on Saturday, March 31, 2018.
She was a native of Montz and resident of LaPlace for over 60 years.
Her kind and sweet nature earned her many friends, and her devotion to family was unwavering. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Gerald J. Perilloux; son State District Judge Jeff Perilloux, daughter Shannon P. Weber (Jason), grandchildren Whitney W. Bourg (John), Mallory Weber, Dominique Perilloux, Valerie Perilloux and great grandson Luke P. Bourg, as well as her brothers, Brent Vicknair (Laura) and Ricky Vicknair (Lynn), brother-in-law Bruce Perilloux (Joanie), sister-in-law Sandra P. Pounds and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, Jeffrey Vicknair and Dorothy L. Vicknair, infant brother J.P. Vicknair, in-laws Lester M. Perilloux and Mildred J. Perilloux, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Lester”Dee Dee” Perilloux Jr. and Joan L. Perilloux and brother-in-law Archie Pounds.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 529 W. 5th Street in LaPlace on Friday, April 6 from 10 a.m. to noon, followed by a Funeral Mass at noon.
Interment is at St. Peter Cemetery in Reserve.
