Anthony P. Cortez “ET” entered into eternal rest on Feb. 28, 2018.

He is survived by his ex wife Melissa Cortez, his brother Maurice Cortez Jr., his sisters Debbie (Bobby) Culberson, Peggy (Marty) Thibodaux, Tammy (John) Bogart, Lisa (Josh) Simmons.
He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews, four great nieces and many friends and family.
He was preceded in death with his parents, Maurice Cortez Sr. and Deborah Doster Cortez; his niece, Chloe Rose Simmons; and his sister-in-law, Dawn Cortez.
The family would like to take this time to thank everyone for their prayers, condolences and kind words.
We would like to give a special thanks to Baloney Funeral Home for handling his burial arrangements.
Memorial services will be held at a later time.
