Wayne Farlough, of New Orleans, is an East St. John High graduate.

His parents — Cleveland Farlough and the former Claudia Leche — were longtime educators in St. John the Baptist Parish.

Farlough recently served as king of the Krewe of King Arthur parade in New Orleans.
