Locals medal in Sr. Olympics

- Larry Ridlen, from left, Lynn Champagne and Chuck Wisher were medal winners at the Senior Olympic Games held last month in New Orleans. Champagne won silver in bowling singles and gold in mixed doubles with Wisher. Ridlen won bronze in singles bowling. Wisher won gold in singles bowling and gold in mixed doubles with Champagne. Wisher also won gold in advanced horseshoes and two golds in weight lifting. Participants must be 50 years or older to qualify. (Photo submitted)
