Retired LaPlace resident James Felder, who moved to St. John the Baptist Parish in the sixth grade, is the winner of the newspaper’s Win a Lobster Dinner on L’OBSERVATEUR contest.

Felder was presented his gift card by sales representative Candace Hemelt.

The promotion is sponsored by Frenier Landing Restaurant and Oyster Bar.
