River Parishes Community College recently celebrated the graduation of its nursing class of 2017.

Graduates completed course requirements for Licensed Practical Nurse.

The class has studied as a group since the spring of 2016. Included is Maitte Coronado of LaPlace, Heather Harris of Vacherie, Tamyra Howard of LaPlace, Kira Sterling of LaPlace, Jai Williams of Lutcher and Chantay Zeno of Gramercy.

RPCC is accepting applications for its next nursing class, to begin in the fall of 2018.
