April 13, 1982: Running in the mile relay for the first time, the team of Milton Singleton (kneeling), Don Labiche (left, second row), Lowery Lennix (right, second row) and James Stewart (standing) finished fourth at the Reserve Invitational track and field meet. The makeshift relay enabled the Wildcats to earn a one-point victory over Hahnville.
April 14, 1977: Brandon Farlough can’t believe his good luck in practicing for the annual Cystic Fibrosis Bike-a-Thon. The Reserve Junior High School student wrecked his two-wheeler into a tree and his look of amazement is that nothing is bent.
