Judy Forsyth Lemoine, 69, was born on Jan. 3, 1948, and passed away at her home on March 6, 2017.

She was a native of Paulina and a resident of LaPlace.

She is survived by her children: John Cazes, Lenny Lemoine Jr., Jimmy Cazes and Patricia Boyer; brothers Emery Forsyth, Paul Forsyth and Barry Forsyth; sister Lucy Dugas and eight grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Emery Forsyth and Marcelite Falgoust.

A memorial in her honor will be on Wednesday, March 15 from 9 until 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Gramercy, followed by a Mass at 11 a.m.

Burial will be at a later date.
