LULING — The St. Charles Parish Senior Citizens’ Christmas Luncheon is set for 10 a.m. Dec. 1 at the Edward A Dufresne Community Center, 274 Judge Edward Dufresne Parkway in Luling.

The event is free, and all St. Charles Parish seniors are invited.

“This is the first time that my administration is hosting the event, so we are hoping that our seniors come and enjoy a good meal and entertainment for the holidays with us,” Parish President Larry Cochran said.

The event features food, music from the Oldies but Goodies and photos with Santa, all sponsored by the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program and Cochran.
