LAPLACE — Parish President Natalie Robottom and her administration recently delivered canned goods to St. John Ministry of Care to assist those in need this Thanksgiving.
Residents, festivalgoers, Parish officials and staff members donated hundreds of canned goods during Friday night of the annual Andouille Festival. The items were sorted and packed for delivery to benefit more than 100 families.
“We would like to thank everyone who donated canned goods at the Festival and assure them that their contributions will make a significant impact on our community,” Robottom said.
