Destiny Stout of LaPlace recently celebrated her Sweet 16. What made it special was her Debutante Ball theme, red carpet and black tie fun. She was escorted by her father, Brian A. Stout Sr., and step father Jerome M. Parquet and was blessed by Pastor Maeola Irvin. The event included local Christian rap artist Kaelan Levy.
