NORCO — The Norco Christmas Parade will honor the area’s first responders with its 16th annual roll Sunday, Dec. 4 at 2 p.m.

The parade organizing committee has chosen the theme, “Norco Noel: Santa Salutes our First Responders,” to honor the brave men and women who put their lives on the line every day.

All participants are strongly encouraged to follow the theme of the parade or the overall Christmas theme in their decorations, costumes and music.

Organizers are now seeking entrants for the parade, including floats, marching bands, dance troupes, walking groups, horse groups, antique cars and pageant queens.

Those interested in participating may visit norconoel.com to download and print an entry form, which must be returned by Nov. 21.

The entry fee is $50.

After the parade, Santa and Mrs. Claus will be available for free photos at the community Christmas tree, located in the former Capital One Bank parking lot on Apple Street.
