Arnold Joseph “A.J.” Louque entered into eternal rest on Saturday, Aug. 13, 2016, at the age of 49.

He was a lifelong resident of LaPlace.
He was the beloved husband of Maryellen A. Louque; son of Lester J. Louque Jr. and Juanita R. Louque; son-in-law of Juan A Alaniz Sr. and the late Patricia S. Alaniz; brother of Daniel Louque (Melissa) and the late Richard Louque; and brother-in-law of Rebecca A. Flores (Dennis Sr.), Bernadette A. Neyrey (Richard), Alan Michael Alaniz and the late Juan A. Alaniz Jr.
A.J. is also survived by a niece Skylar J. Bergeron; four nephews, Alex Louque (godchild), Anthony J. Neyrey, Dennis D. Flores Jr. and Yandel F. Flores; aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was an assistant manager of Winn Dixie and Matherne’s Supermarket.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie on Friday, Aug. 19 from 5 to 8 p.m. and again on Saturday, Aug. 20 from 9 to 11 a.m.
A Funeral Mass will begin at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
