RESERVE — Boys and Girls, ages 6 to 14, are welcome to attend a free football training camp later this month, courtesy of the St. John Parish Recreation Department and New Orleans Saints.

The event, dubbed “Gatorade Junior Training Camp,” takes place from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. July 27 at REGALA Park in Reserve.

Pre-registration is required and available to the first 150 to register. There is no charge to attend the camp.

Forms must be filled out at the St. John Parish Parks and Recreation Office at REGALA Gym in Reserve.

The camp precedes St. John’s first year of recreation football, which is now open for registration. The cost is $50 and is open to boys and girls ages 5 to 13.

Registration is online at sjbparish.com, and forms can be picked up at the St. John Parish Parks and Recreation Department Office at REGALA Gym in Reserve.
