Richard Carlton Oxner Sr. passed away June 15, 2016.
Richard Carlton Oxner Sr.
A resident of Lutcher and a former resident of New Sarpy, he served in the U.S. Navy from 1954 to 1957.
He is survived by his loving wife, Rose Janco Oxner; and his three children, Anna Oxner Maguire (Lee), Richard “Rick” Oxner and Jeanette Oxner Brignac (Dale).
He is also survived by his grandchildren, Jessica, Angela, Christina, Brandon, Gabrielle, Olivia, Eric, Jacob, Noah and Kalib.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Bonnie, Nolan, Christine and Charlene.
