Kacie Marie White and Benjamin Michael Wilt were united in marriage on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church in Metairie.

The nuptial mass was officiated by Father Vincent Dufresne. A reception followed at Chateau Country Club in Kenner.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard White of Lutcher. She is a 2011 graduate of Louisiana State University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She received her doctorate degree from the University of South Alabama in May, 2014. She is employed at Synergy Home Health as a physical therapist.

The groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Stephen Wilt of Lafayette. He is a 2010 graduate of University of Louisiana-Lafayette, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.

He received his doctorate degree from the University of South Alabama in May, 2014.

He is employed at Baton Rouge Physical Therapy-Lake as a physical therapist.

The bride was given in marriage by her father, Richard White. She wore a white lace fit and flare wedding gown. The bride was attended by her matron-of-honor Mandy White, sister-in-law of the bride.

Bridesmaids were Kelly Wilt, sister of the groom, Chelsey Stein, Megan Stein and Brooke Callahan, all friends of the bride, as well as Kaile Scioneaux, cousin of the bride.

The groom was attended by his best man Alex Spikes. Groomsmen were Nicholas Niland, Erik Billet, Max Williamson, Daniel Duhon, all friends of the groom, as well as Blake White, brother of the bride.

Ushers were Francis Alsandor, Stephen Padgett and Jackson Walker.

Upon returning from a honeymoon in the Dominican Republic, the couple will reside in Gonzales.
