Photo Feature: May Crowning

- St. Joan of Arc Catholic School held its annual May Crowning to honor Jesus’ mother, Mary, during the month dedicated to her by the Catholic Church. As the students entered church, they placed flowers around the statue of Mary. During Mass, seventh grader Ashleigh ZaidaIn crowned Mary with a wreath of flowers while those attending Mass sang, ‘Bring Flowers of the Rarest.’
