RESERVE — Reserve library branch supervisor Rona Joseph hosts an adult program each month titled Make Shoppe.

One of her many talents is crafting, so she decided to start April’s crafting program where people can explore their creativity, think outside of the box, learn something new, do something they’ve never done before and enjoy themselves while doing so.

Crafts are usually inspired by things in the community, holidays, Pinterest or suggestions from patrons.

Since she’s started the program, the growth has been amazing. The women are always excited to hear Joseph’s new ideas and perform the crafts.

The women created a colorful faux mosaic decorative plate April 11 to display in their homes.

The next program, “Adult Coloring” will be held at 6 p.m. May 9 at the Reserve Branch. The women will be coloring a beautiful page, and then their creation will be mounted on a board to display in their homes.
