News feature: Spillway Safe Driving opens 2nd office in Lutcher

- Owner Gemyra Rockett and her husband Darrin Rockett were joined by numerous supporters Tuesday at the official ribbon cutting of Spillway Safe Driving Academy’s Lutcher office. Rockett is a state-certified instructor with more than a decade of professional defensive safe driving experience in multiple states. The Academy has locations at 1950 W.
