LAPLACE — Beginning Monday and continuing through June, crews from the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development will be making overpass repairs on Belle Terre Boulevard.

As a result, the Interstate 10 Westbound Off-Ramp to Belle Terre Boulevard (Exit 206) and westbound On-Ramp from Belle Terre Boulevard to I-10 Westbound will be closed from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly.

In addition, motorists can expect alternating lane closures I-10 Westbound approaching Belle Terre Boulevard from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly.

Detour routes:
• I-10 Westbound to Louisiana 3188 should exit U.S. 51 (Exit 209), travel south on U.S. 51 to Airline Highway, then north on Airline Highway to Louisiana 3188.
• Louisiana LA 3188 to I-10 Westbound should travel south on Airline Highway to U.S. 51, then north on U.S. 51 to I-10.
