Mission shared at school

LAPLACE — The annual Lenten Mission Assembly was held recently at St. Joan of Arc Catholic School, facilitated by the Missionary

The leader was Tanya Cenac, and students from St. Joan of Arc, Ascension of Our Lord, St. Charles Borromeo and St. Peter started the day learning what Missionary Childhood Association is and what it does for the community.

Students also worked through a variety of fun stations to learn more about the mission work and how they can be missionaries in their own neighborhoods. The event concluded with Stations of the Cross and lunch.
