Marie Henry Deaton, 55, passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2016.

She was a native of Lafayette and a resident of LaPlace.
Deaton was the beloved wife of Gerald Deaton; mother of Brandi Beadle, Henry Beadle and Elise Deaton; daughter of Semay Berthelot Henry and the late Gilbert J. Henry; step-mother of Casey Deaton and Ashley Deaton; and sister of Rose Anna Wade, Tommy Henry, Roy Henry, Gilda Arcuri, Elaine Burns and Gil Henry.
She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Friends and relatives of the family are invited to attend the visitation from 6 until 9 p.m. Wednesday, March 16 at Millet-Guidry Funeral Home, 2806 W. Airline Highway in LaPlace.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, March 17 in Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church, 1900 Greenwood Drive in LaPlace.
Visitation continues from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, March 17 at the church.
