Photo Feature: St. Rose names Walther top student

- St. Rose Elementary announced the 2015-2016 Student of the Year as Joshua Walther. He is a fifth-grade student in Debbie Treadaway’s class and was selected based on his overall grade point average from third to fifth grade, service given to the community, leadership and involvement in extracurricular activities. Pictured are Assistant Principal Melissa Smith, Joshua Walther and Principal Lisa Perrin.
