Jessica Carver was released after her simple battery arrest after the defendant was absent in court.
6/1/15
Brandon Higdon pleaded not guilty to theft less than $750 and contributing to the delinquency of juveniles. A trial was set for Aug. 3.
Joseph Holland was did not appear in court regarding his disturbing the peace by intoxication charge. An attachment was issued.
Kejuan Francois pleaded not guilty to aggravated flight from an officer and was given a felony schedule.
Adam Boone pleaded guilty to theft less than $750 and possession of synthetic cannabinoids. He was sentenced to a six month sentence, which was suspended. He was ordered to pay $419.50 and put on six months of probation. He was ordered to attend and complete a substance abuse program. He was released.
Eli Moore did not appear in court regarding his unauthorized use of a motor vehicle charge. An attachment was issued.
Mario Tuco pleaded not guilty to aggravated assault. A trial was set for Aug. 3.

Ryan Gilmore pleaded guilty to theft less than $750. He was sentenced to 18 days in prison and was given credit for time served. He was ordered to pay $169,50 and was released.

Larry Jarrell pleaded not guilty to simple assault. He was ordered to serve 10 days in prison and was given credit for time served. He was released and ordered to stay away from complainant.
Jalessa Jackson pleaded not guilty to simple assault and simple battery. A trial was set for July 13.
Owen Shelton pleaded guilty to theft less than $750. He was sentenced to 18 days in prison and was given credit for time served. He was released.
Rodney Tate pleaded guilty to theft of a value less than $100 and criminal trespass. He was sentenced to 25 days in prison and was given credit for time served. He was released.
Shashi Persaud pleaded guilty to his fourth offense of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was sentenced to a 10 year sentence, which was suspended, and given credit for time served from May 27-June 22. He was placed on five years active/supervised probation and was entered into the Drug Court Program. He was ordered to pay $5,865 and a $71 monthly probation fee. He was ordered to complete 320 hours of community service and placed under house arrest for six months. He will be monitored by a scram device and will be subject to alcohol monitoring. His probation will be terminated upon successful completion of Drug Court Program. He was released.
