6/1/15

Brandon Higdon pleaded not guilty to theft less than $750 and contributing to the delinquency of juveniles. A trial was set for Aug. 3.

Joseph Holland was did not appear in court regarding his disturbing the peace by intoxication charge. An attachment was issued.

Kejuan Francois pleaded not guilty to aggravated flight from an officer and was given a felony schedule.

Adam Boone pleaded guilty to theft less than $750 and possession of synthetic cannabinoids. He was sentenced to a six month sentence, which was suspended. He was ordered to pay $419.50 and put on six months of probation. He was ordered to attend and complete a substance abuse program. He was released.

Eli Moore did not appear in court regarding his unauthorized use of a motor vehicle charge. An attachment was issued.

Mario Tuco pleaded not guilty to aggravated assault. A trial was set for Aug. 3.

Albert Robinson Jr. did not appear in court regarding his theft less than $750 and resisting an officer with force or violence charges. An attachment was issued.

Ryan Gilmore pleaded guilty to theft less than $750. He was sentenced to 18 days in prison and was given credit for time served. He was ordered to pay $169,50 and was released.

Tempestt Griffin pleaded not guilty to aggravated assault. A trial was set for Aug. 31.

Richard Gathers pleaded guilty to simple battery. He was ordered to pay $469.50 and to stay away from the complainant.

Ronnie Gregoire pleaded guilty to simple battery. He sentenced to 10 days in prison and given credit for time served. He was released and ordered to stay away from complainant.

Holly Detillier pleaded not guilty to criminal trespassing and disturbing the peace by cursing. A trial was set for July 20.

Taranisha Brown pleaded not guilty to disturbing the peace by fighting. A trial was set for July 20.

Gregory Labranch pleaded not guilty to resisting an officer with force or violence. He was given a felony schedule.

Tyrianne Jackson pleaded not guilty to theft less than $750 and simple criminal damage to property. A trial was set for July 20.

Anthony Neale Jr. pleaded not guilty to simple battery. A trial was set for July 20.

Christopher Nelson did not appear in court regarding his issuing worthless checks charge. An attachment was issued.

Shardae Mealey pleaded not guilty to simple battery and harassing phone calls. A trial was set for July 20.

Derion Lynn Williams pleaded not guilty to theft $750-$5,000. He was given a felony schedule.

Gregory Pleasant pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass and theft less than $750. A trial was set for July 13.

Samuel Ray pleaded not guilty to disturbing the peace by intoxication and resisting an officer. A trial was set for July 20.

Rodney Red pleaded not guilty to simple criminal damage to property and resisting an officer. He was sentenced to serve 23 days in prison and was given credit for time served. He was released from custody.

Tyira Gaines pleaded not guilty to unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. She was referred to a felony schedule.

Richard Mackenzie Sr. arraigned on cruelty to juveniles charge. Proof of attorney set for July 22.

6/22/15

Larry Jarrell pleaded not guilty to simple assault. He was ordered to serve 10 days in prison and was given credit for time served. He was released and ordered to stay away from complainant.

Jalessa Jackson pleaded not guilty to simple assault and simple battery. A trial was set for July 13.

Owen Shelton pleaded guilty to theft less than $750.  He was sentenced to 18 days in prison and was given credit for time served. He was released.

Rodney Tate pleaded guilty to theft of a value less than $100 and criminal trespass. He was sentenced to 25 days in prison and was given credit for time served. He was released.

Shashi Persaud pleaded guilty to his fourth offense of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was sentenced to a 10 year sentence, which was suspended, and given credit for time served from May 27-June 22. He was placed on five years active/supervised probation and was entered into the Drug Court Program. He was ordered to pay $5,865 and a $71 monthly probation fee. He was ordered to complete 320 hours of community service and placed under house arrest for six months. He will be monitored by a scram device and will be subject to alcohol monitoring. His probation will be terminated upon successful completion of Drug Court Program. He was released.
