It’s time for all of us to show the new teachers in St. Charles, St. John and St. James public school systems that the business community is excited about them joining the team.

We at the River Region Chamber of Commerce need all of you to donate advertising materials such as pens, coozies, mugs, key chains, pencils, (light weight items), etc., that will be stuffed into goodie bags for each teacher.

The Education Committee will again be welcoming all new teachers to the three local school systems at their “New Teacher Orientation” events during July and August. Please drop off your items to the River Region Chamber of Commerce’s office between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. daily.

If you have need of us to pick up the items, please call the office and we will arrange for a volunteer to stop by.

Let’s try and have all items in to the chamber by July 1.
