Photo feature: Hurst choir hits high notes

- The 70-member Harry Hurst Middle School Choir attended the Louisiana Music Educators Association State Music Assessment at Lake Charles’ Boston Academy. They received a score of 2-1-2 from the judges. They received a 2 in Sight Reading. All scores combined, the choir received an overall rating of 2, which is a choir of excellence at the state level.
