RESERVE — A donation for $75,000 was recently presented to South Central Louisiana Technical College Reserve Campus from Shell/Motiva Norco Manufacturing Complex.

The investment is allocated towards financing of capital improvements and enhancements pursuant to the provisions of Louisiana Act No. 360 of the 2013 Regular Legislative Session.

Shell/Motiva and SCLTC have had a long standing partnership as Shell/Motiva currently serves on SCLTC’s advisory board, attends career fairs and has hired graduates to work in the Norco Manufacturing Complex.

The company maintains a pledge to St. Charles Parish, with a priority to hiring qualified individuals and contractors from within the region and across Louisiana.
