Vera Jacob Clement, 89, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2015.

She was a native of Reserve and a resident of Baton Rouge.
Clement was the beloved wife of the late Alden A. Clement; mother of Alden A. Clement Jr. (Michelle) and Susette Forsythe; daughter of the late Maria Jacob and Prentice Jacob; sister of the late Venita Cambre, Prentice Jacob Jr. and Norman Jacob; and grandmother of Chloe and Piper Clement and Michael, Yancy, Nicole and Brett Forsythe.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Millet-Guidry Funeral Home, 2806 W. Airline Highway in LaPlace, on Monday, May 4 from 9 until 10:30 a.m., followed by a Mass at St. Peter Catholic Church, 1550 Highway 44 in Reserve.
Interment is in St. Peter Cemetery.
