Photo feature: Students make SJA proud

- Students represented SJA at the Regional Social Studies Fair at Nicholls State University who placed were, from left, front row, Rylee Schexnayder, 3rd place in Geography in Division I; middle row, Gabrielle Treas and Lauren Weber, 1st place for groups in History in Division I; Ryan Laiche and Bryce Bertucci, 1st place for groups in Sociology in Division I; back row, Amanda Mason, 1st place in Anthropology in Division II; and Aleigha Martin, 1st place in History Division III. Gabrielle Treas, Lauren Weber, Ryan Laiche, Bryce Bertucci, Amanda Mason and Aleigha Martin advance to the State Social Studies Fair at Louisiana State University at the end of April.
Second grader Blake Weber won the T-shirt design contest for the SJA Fair Deaux Deaux on the weekend of April 24-26. His design was chosen out of a selection of designs. Blake will receive a free T-shirt and a weekend ride bracelet.
