LULING — The St. Charles Parish Fraternal Order of Police invites the public to be part of its third and final construction phase of the St. Charles Parish Fallen Heroes Memorial.

In this phase, a bronze statue of a child will be placed next to the current statue of a kneeling deputy that is holding a folded flag and facing images of St. Charles Parish’s four Fallen Officers who gave their final breath in the service of St. Charles Parish residents.

Also included in this phase will be two benches and accent lighting.

To raise the money needed to complete this memorial, the St. Charles Parish Fraternal Order of Police is selling engraved bricks with a donor or donor’s loved one’s names or the names of civic-minded businesses.

These bricks will be placed in the Memorial’s Legacy Walk at the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office Headquarters on Judge Edward Dufresne Parkway in Luling.
