Corbin “Paul” Gautreaux Jr., 60, born Feb. 24, 1955, passed away Saturday, March 21, 2015.

Visitation will be at Rose Lynn Funeral Services in Lutcher on Tuesday, March 24 from 6 to 9 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 25 at St. Joseph in Paulina. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Paulina.

Gautreaux is survived by his spouse of 35 and a half years, Peggy Melancon Gautreaux; daughter Jackie Ann Gautreaux; father C.P. “Bean” Gautreaux Sr.; stepmother Myra Chaney Gautreaux; dearest sisters-in-law Greta Melancon and Pamela Babin Louque; brothers-in-law Karl Melancon, David “Boo” Louque and Gregory Babin; and four nieces and two nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Eula Lee Spillman Gautreaux and mother-in-law Tracy Louque Poche.

He was retired from Constar Plastics and Price LeBlanc Nissan. Gautreaux was an avid fisherman and enjoyed many years of being a member of Road Runners Fishing Club.

His favorite hobby was being a conversationalist.
