Fifth grade students at St. Joan of Arc Catholic School have been digging into owl pellets looking for the bones of other animals, especially voles. Students glued the bones to a piece of paper to rebuild the little creature. Gracie Harris, left, and Giancarlo Lara, right, work together to pick apart the pellet to find the bones while Carter Chauvin, back, works with his partner. (Photo submitted)
