Joyce Ann Schexnayder Tramonte, 82, was born on Jan. 10, 1932, and passed away on Jan. 1, 2015.

She was a native and resident of Gramercy. She is survived by sons David and wife Bonnie, Pat and wife Diane, Chip and wife Dawn; and daughters Kitty Poche and husband Kenny, Donna Martin and husband Milton, and Missy Rizzuto and husband Jared.

She is also survived by her sister Priscilla Poche and brother Dwight Schexnayder.

She leaves behind 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years Samuel Tramonte; parents Didier and Claudia Schexnayder; and a brother, Donald Schexnayder.

Tramonte was a Perpetual Adorer for the Adoration Chapel in Lutcher and a full time homemaker and wonderful wife and mother.

Visitation will be from 9 until 10:45 a.m. Monday, Jan. 5, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Gramercy, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m.

Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery in Paulina.
