Kathryn Elizabeth “Kitty” Lange McLin , 81, of LaPlace passed away Thursday, Dec. 25, 2014, at Belle Maison Nursing Home in Hammond.

She was born on Wednesday, Oct. 18, 1933, in Baton Rouge.

Surviving are her two daughters, Mary Ann Labat (Paul Wisler), Karen Triche (Doug); two sons, Clifford McLin Jr. (Jody), Michael McLin; six grandchildren, Danielle Fejka, Ashley Sandoval (Joshua), Kristian Ritchie, Duran McLin, Nathan and Jaime Triche; great-grandchildren, Chloe, Gage, Kalab, Devin, Makayla, and Maverick; and two sisters, Margaret Carter and Dianne Mabile.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Clifford McLin Sr.; parents Theodore and May Judd Lange; and numerous brothers and sisters.

A graveside service will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 27, at Sand Hill Cemetery in Ponchatoula.
