The 2014 winner of the SCC Alumni Cook-off was Chef Poncho Roussel, who cooked shrimp ettouffe served over fried catfish. He was awarded the SCC paddle decorated by SCC art students. Pictured with Roussel are Dr. Courtney Millet, Alumni Association President Brock Anderson and Billy Roussel.
