GRAMERCY — A newly formed organization, “Pastors Promoting Unity” has started as non-profit of local pastors to promote the Gospel Of Jesus Christ through a collaborative effort of fellowship among area pastors and churches.

The group is located in Gramercy, but serves the east bank of St. James Parish, including Convent, Paulina, Lutcher and Gramercy.

Organizers said they will also provide training in Christian education, gospel music, pastoral leadership and gospel ministers help.
