The fourth grade students in Amanda Martin’s St. Joan of Arc class recently participated in a Google Hangout with astronauts from the International Space Station.

The astronauts described their jobs on the station and shared what Earth looks like from space.

Classes viewing the hangout were given the opportunity to tweet questions to the astronauts, who chose the question Marcie Hebert, SJA’s technology director, tweeted on behalf of the class, ‘What does a hurricane look like from space?’
