Frahm named National Merit Semifinalist

DESTREHAN — Destrehan High School announced Ashlyn Frahm is a National Merit Semifinalist.
Ashlyn is the daughter of Bridget Frahm and a resident of Montz. She is a member of the Beta Club, Student Council, National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, Robotics team and the DHS Choir.
She hopes to attend MIT and major in engineering.
The National Merit Scholarship Program honors students who show exceptional academic ability and potential for success in rigorous college studies. There were approximately 16,000 Semifinalists in the 60th annual National Merit Scholarship Program.
