Felix ‘James’ Perrilloux Jr., a sophomore honors student at Riverside Academy, was presented a proclamation by Parish President Natalie Robottom at a recent St. John the Baptist Parish Council meeting.

Perrilloux was honored for being named this year’s LaPlace Rotary Club’s Stephanie “Nikki” Wilking Memorial Leadership Award recipient.
