LAPLACE — St. John the Baptist Parish President Natalie Robottom is asking for community members to join her and staff members in a moment of silence at noon Friday to commemorate the second anniversary of Hurricane Isaac.

She is asking to pause for two minutes in observance “as we remember the events of Aug. 29, 2012, and our continued work toward our community’s full recovery.”
