LAPLACE — The Young Entrepreneurs Academy is excited to announce the partners who will help support the program in the upcoming academic year, starting Fall 2014.
YEA! will be working closely with all public and private school systems in the River Parishes, local Technical and Community Colleges, SCORE, Small Business Development Council, local River Region Chamber members, local Parish Government of St. James, St. John and St. Charles parishes, Senators and Representatives to facilitate this tremendous program in the River Region.
Current business partners confirmed are: Office Depot, Cox Communications, Dow SCO, First American Bank, St. Charles Printing, Mosaic, FLWB Architects, Valero, IMTT and Entergy.
Any person or business interested in being listed as a premier business leader for the program can contact the Chamber office.
YEA! is a program that takes students between the 11 and 18 through the process of starting and launching a real business or social movement over the course of an academic year.
