RESERVE — The curtain opens Friday following two weeks of hard work from the River Region’s youngest thespians.

St. John Theatre Children’s Workshop will present “Aladdin Kids” at 7 p.m. Friday, recapping the workshop with the production, according to Managing Director Crystal Faucheux.

Greer Millet will direct the show.

Tickets are $3 at the door, and St. John Theatre is located on West 4th Street in Reserve.

“For the past two weeks children from the local area have been taking part in the St. John Theatre Children’s Workshop,” Faucheux said.

A cast of 33 is set to entertain throughout the production, which includes Luke Boucvalt as Aladdin, Gabrielle Treas as Jasmine and Tyler Palermo as Jafar.
