Norco Elementary third grade students (left to right) Hope Berg, Breann Marino, Connor Mayeux and Caylee Landry enjoy their nachos for meeting their “good news” incentive.  Each day, the teachers fill out “drops” of good news until a larger bucket with several different levels are met. These Norco Elementary students are “NACHO” average students.
