Virginia Olean Clay, 87, died Monday, April 14, 2014.

She was the beloved wife of the late Fred O. “Toad” Clay, mother of Roger Clay (the late Dorothy), Bama Browning (Bob) and Fred R. Clay Pa   trice), grandmother of Ash  ley Mo  ran, Ka  bir Brown ing, Co       rey Clay, Matthew Gunter and Eli Clay and great-grandmother of Amelia Moran and Penny Moran.

She was a native of Pleasant Hill, La., and resident of LaPlace for 42 years.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend services. Visitation will be held at Millet-Guidry Funeral Home, 2806 W. Airline Highway, LaPlace, on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., followed by religious services in the funeral home chapel at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Spring Ridge Cemetery in Pleasant Hill on Thursday April 17, 2014.
